For owners thinking about selling
You spent decades building it. Let’s make sure it sells.
Many small businesses that go up for sale never find a buyer. The reasons are usually the same, and usually fixable. We get your books, your story and your paperwork ready before buyers look.
Ten minutes. No cost. Completely confidential.
01The problem
Why good businesses don’t sell
-
The books don’t tell the real story
Personal expenses, one-off costs and tax-driven accounting hide what the business really earns. Buyers and banks only pay for profit they can verify.
-
The business is the owner
If the customers, the know-how and the decisions all sit with you, a buyer sees a job, not a business.
-
There’s no story
A buyer needs a reason to want this business and a believable way to grow it. A listing with neither gets passed over.
-
The price has nothing behind it
A number based on what you need to retire won’t survive the first conversation. A number with evidence will.

04Who we are
Two people, not a call centre
Handover is Dim and Zach. Dim built and sold his first business before he was 25, and bought and sold a second before he was 30. He has since spent his career helping large companies explain what makes them valuable. We work with a small number of owners at a time, and you deal with us directly.
05Confidentiality
Nobody finds out
Your staff, customers, suppliers and competitors don’t need to know you’re thinking about selling. We only ever deal with you, and nothing you share leaves us without your say-so.
